Quick Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment method (7-10 business days after processing)
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet these conditions:
- Purchased directly from Workboots Store
- Within 15 days of delivery confirmation
- In original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Balaclavas (worn as face coverings)
- Hiking Socks (footwear hygiene)
- Base Layers (worn as undergarments)
- Any item with removed tags or signs of wear
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any special instructions if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and include:
- Return authorization number clearly visible on the package
- Original receipt or order confirmation copy
- All items in original condition with tags
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number. Workboots Store is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Step 4: Processing & Resolution
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Exchange Shipping: 1-2 business days after approval
Refund Information
Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days after we process your return. The timing depends on your financial institution.
Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- PayPal payments
Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and inspect your return
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective merchandise or wrong items:

- We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs and any import duties are customer responsibility
